While reading Liza Howard’s blog this morning, I came across an interesting link to the Sweat Science website and an article on age-related muscle loss. The images are pretty convincing that lack of use is the bigger cause of muscle loss than increased age alone. It’s also interesting to see the differences in the diameter of the bone in the images. You should certainly take a look. It might just motivate you to get out the door this morning. Keep exercising folks!
